Innisfree Clean Foot Peeling Mist

Went shopping after our dessert and dinner...went into Innisfree as they are products from Jeju, Korea. And of cause i need to support Lee Min Ho as he endorse this brand ๐Ÿ˜. Having so much beauty products already, i chanced upon this Foot Mist when i was about to leave the shop.

Perfect Clean Foot Peeling Mist

Tried it today, not at all time consuming. Sprayed 6-8 times on per foot, did a bit of rubbing and off comes the dead skin. After rinsing my feet, i can immediately feel the smoothness. Whole procedure took less than 5 minutes, totally awe a lazy person who does not like spending too much time on beauty. Happy Customer ๐Ÿ˜

MegRhythm Steam Eye Mask

MegRhythm from Kao

Got this sample steam eye mask and decided to try it immediately. I love all Lavender scent products literally. According to the website, it's available  in Lavender, Chamomile, Fresh Rose and Unscented. It's self warming after i remove from packaging. There's ear straps so i wore it like a mask and it wraps around the eyes gently. Heat lasted about 10 to 15 mins.  Is there suppose be steam? Well, i have a fan blowing into my face so i did not see any steam being produce, probably it depends on the environment too. The lightly scented mask is indeed very relaxing and great after a day of work looking at computer. Will i buy it?? Verdict: Yes, and i'm gonna buy all the 3 scented versions๐Ÿ˜. Big smiley for you Kao!

The Westin Nusa Dua

This is the 1st time I'm staying in a Starwood's property and I'm very pleased with the experience. As SPG member, i was given 1 day free internet access, but I will have think all hotels nowadays should provide free internet access. Also, i have recieved 15 % dining discount in the Japanese restaurant Hamabe and Italian Restaurant Prego. I have booked Premium room (Garden view ) but I don't really think it's is great for scenary, it's facing a wall of Laguna next door, I'm staying right above Prego Restaurant but Premier Room does have a spacious balcony with a chair and footstool.
The Premium room was great -- lots of space, walk in wardrobe, spacious bathroom, amenities are fine as I forgot to bring my conditioner along, and I'm really picky on the toiletries i use, but they should place more than 1 shower gel in the room. One disappointment is when I make the booking, i have checked and rechecked over the customer service line which had called me back from US but they told me tax is inclusive in what is quoted to me, but was surprise to know of additional 21% tax is going to be imposed when i check in. That should be clear when doing booking as it's a lot of difference. I have tried all restaurants in the hotel, breakfast was of good spread but too westernised with some Jap food.I will say all restuarants are good, but do, no matter what, try the Nasi Goreng at Verandah.Yummy!!!!Sedap!!!

Main Pool with slides

There were lots of pools around the hotel, guest can enjoy cycling, badminton, table tennis and billard facilities in the compound. Service and staffs are really great...whenever passing by, they smile and greet. Bottles of Mineral Water are replenish everyday and when i depart, i have 8 unopened bottles left. I have not encounter this before in all other hotels.

Chilling by the beach is great, if you compare the whole stretch of beach, i will say Westin is the best and have the most romantic setting with gazebo, sun chairs etc. Touters will come along often but very friendly. Really had a great chilling & connecting with nature session listening to the waves and watching the clear waters... but sun wasn't that strong for tan during early Sep maybe?

I took the room with Spa package, it's a good deal as the spa is not cheap in hotel. Sad to say i got a little hiccups with Heavenly Spa the 2nd time i visited. I wrote to them, and they immediately took steps to rectify the problem.

Hamabe Japanese Restautaurant
SPG members really does enjoy many benefits, kids can visit the kids club for games, kiteflying at the beach, rock climbing and golfing etc. I can see the kids around resort having so much fun. Often, many parents were refilling the kid's club bottles with juices for free. That's really so beneficial for kids running around under the sun, young guests are so well taken care of. And I have to mention great thanks to Westin for preparing the room with balloons with wordings and a cake. This is a safe haven in Nusa Dua. I will be back real soon. XOXO to Westin Nusa Dua Team

Tips: If you do not need them to touch up your room, you might hang the sign out the door and they will give you USD 5 rebate for dining.

Bali -- Eat, Pray, Love (Part1)

Though I'm always wanderlusting, but this getaway I'm really been awaiting for the longest time, did not happen the way it should be, with some hiccups but the serenity of Nusa Dua Bali certainly makes me feel like going back anytime soon.

Nusa Dua area is at the southern tip of Bali, a secure guarded tourist enclave, i was staying at Westin Hotel, there are security guards at the beach too. Though touters often come to ask if you want to buy souveniers, seashells, batiks, but they are rather friendly and i think they are all registered as they do have numbers on their uniform. Sand is rather clean and white but not really as smooth as Bondi...Am i expecting too much?
Reconnecting to nature, chill, relax

Had a daytrip to temples at Uluwatu, not as impressed as I have read, had a question why no one was praying ...haha. But there is a unique culture, need to put on a sarong before going into the temple.

Our tour guide Alvin brought us next to a coffee plantation, here we saw how the coffee beans were fried then grind into powder. The owner also presented us with a tray of different types of tea and coffees eg ginseng coffee, ginger tea, mangosteen tea etc for sampling. And of course, they are then selling the coffee powder at premium price. i just bought a packet of coconut coffee powder at USD 15 and Lavender incense sticks at USD 4.

Our Sunset Seafood dinner at Jimbarang Beach, not cheap but in fact overpriced as I will expect cheaper price in Indonesia. This meal cost us a whopping IDR 920,000!!! But it really taste very good. Having said that, do try the IDR10,000 bbq corn that was sold on the beach

(can be seen in the above picture). The yummiest corn i ever had in my life, have in 2 flavours Butter or spicy. Really regretted not buying more as I'm too full from seafood dinner. When I'm back in Singapore, i tried to bbq the same way with 5 spices powder and salt, sadly, i canbot achieve the same taste :( frown frown...

Beautiful Sunset @ Jimbaran Beach

IDR920,000 (that is like SGD 100?)

Law of Attraction -- Imagine what you desire

My 2nd visit to Sydney since 2002. Frankly, I enjoyed this trip very much with Shernice. Never really have a urge to revisit but if not for Law of Attraction (that I strongly believe in), i will not have won part of the trip. I saw a very nice rainbow at Bondi Beach's photo some day.

Then on 31st Jan, i randomly post on WeChat with title: This year's plan. about within less than 15 days time, i won a lucky draw prize that gives me a chance to visit Australia... It came true!!! With the help of Sccot's promotion of $9, i bought 2 tickets heading to Gold Coast 1st, then depart from Sydney (Domestic tickets not inclusive) at only a price of $535!, that's a whooping savings of more than $1500 SGD from regular airlines. To be fair, my overnight flight to Gold Coast was horrible with crying babies, my day day plan is to get to DREAM WORLD!!!!OMG
Let's get outta of here :D
